“We are not saints.”
Too often, a life lived far from saintliness leads us to the statement, “We are not saints.”
Yet, there’s another path, shifting onto another path: “We are not saints. Yet.”
We can all shift gears into the universal call to holiness. Yes, there is a universal call to holiness (for more info, visit Lumen Gentium and scroll to Chapter 5). This universal call calls all of us to be – become – “saints in training.”
